The Balobolka creates an environment in which you can write or import a text file and then hear it aloud. It accepts format files TEXT, CHM, DjVu, DOC, EPUB, FB2, HTML, ODT, PDF and RTF, which are imported in the application environment and read them aloud pressing play. It supports and recognizes all the voices that are installed in the computer. It uses SAPI 4 and SAPI 5. It can store in audio file format WAV, MP3, MP4, OGG or WMA, the text which is entered into its environment. It supports many languages including: English, German, French, Italian, Russian, and Spanish.

Οδηγίες εγκατάστασης: Unzip the balabolka.zip file and run setup.exe
Ρυθμίσεις: You can choose the SAPI 4 or SAPI 5 voice that you want from the voice tab. Ability to change speed, pitch and intensity of voice can be found in the application’s central environment. It can run on the command line without GUI. It includes a magnifying lens for the text, X2, X4, X8, and X16, from the taskbar, tools, and magnifier. You can save text to audio file format on the taskbar the tag file, save audio file.
