The Hotkeys is a smart way to launch applications and open documents. It's an easy way to organize your computer and program applications that you usually use, without making many procedures, many moves. It supports multiple languages. You can press and hold the windows button on the keyboard, so the hotkeys environment appears and presents a virtual keyboard where the defined keys or by what you have scheduled start an application (just with one click).
