The odt2braile is a free extension for open office. It is compatible with open office 3 and later. It has the ability to export text in Braille file format PEF or BRF, and prints α file in Braille embosser. It supports multiple languages. The export in Braille has many adjustment possibilities for individual needs. It supports previewing before printing, and fonts (6-dots and 8-dots).

Οδηγίες εγκατάστασης: Download the add-on file odt2braille-0.1.0-windows_x86.oxt. Open the open office 3, on the toolbar tools, extension manager, select add and browse to add-on file. It is essential to install the fonts for proper storage or printing files.

After downloading the font files, you have to move them into the Windows folder "C:\Windows\Fonts".
Ρυθμίσεις: Be careful if you download the add-on in internet explorer because it converts the file extension from .oxt in .zip, just replace the file extension. On the taskbar of open office File, export Braille save the file with preview. On File, Braille settings, you can change the language, spaces, headings, how printing a page number. On File, Emboss you print the text with a choice of several printers.
