The SpeakEasy can read aloud anything copied to the clipboard. It supports SAPI4 and SAPI5.

Ρυθμίσεις: The program uses a voice that is configured on the computer. The voice can be changed from the menu by right-clicking the icon appearing in system tray (Notification Area) by selecting Options.
