ZHAW PowerPoint and Word Accessibility add-on is used as a plug-in for MS Word 2010 and MS PowerPoint 2010. It examines your document to a set of possible problems that could be faced by people with disabilities and creates corresponding accessible PDF files. Each problem is classified into one of the following categories:
Error: An accessibility error is showed up in a content, which is very difficult or impossible to be understood by people with disabilities.
Warning: An accessibility warning is showed up in a content, which in most, but not all, cases makes it very difficult to be understood by people with disabilities.
Question: An accessibility question is showed up in a content, which may be difficult to be understood by people with disabilities.

Οδηγίες εγκατάστασης:
Download ZHAW PowerPoint and Word Accessibility plug-in.
Unzip the downloaded file to your desired.
Make sure all instances of MS Word 2010 and MS PowerPoint 2010 are closed.
Double click on the executable file MSOfficeAccessibilityAddInsSetup.msi
Follow the on screen instructions .
Ρυθμίσεις:
After the successful installation of the plug-in, open MS Word 2010. You will notice that a new tab has appeared with the name Accessibility.
By clicking on the Accessibility tab, the available options are showed up.
Click on the option Settings and make sure that all the available options on the Accessibility Checker tab are selected.
Click OK to close the window.
